Cookies policy.
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on dpxwebsites.com, why we use them, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your preferences, understand how it's being used, and (in some cases) deliver content from third parties. "Similar technologies" includes things like local storage and pixel tags, which work in much the same way.
2. How we use them
We keep our cookie use deliberately light. We use cookies for two purposes:
- Essential — small pieces of state that make the site work, such as remembering you've dismissed a notice or set a theme preference. These cannot be disabled without breaking parts of the site.
- Analytics — anonymous or pseudonymous data about how visitors interact with the site, used to understand what's working and what isn't. We never use this data to identify individuals.
- Functional (live chat) — our chat widget sets cookies needed to run a conversation, remember your session, and route your messages to us. These are only active if the widget loads.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or building behavioural profiles.
3. Specific cookies and services
Categories of cookies and similar tools currently active on this site:
- Site preferences — set by us, persist for up to 12 months.
- Vercel hosting analytics — anonymous performance data set by our hosting provider.
- LeadConnector / HighLevel chat widget — our live-chat tool (provided by HighLevel) sets functional cookies and local storage to run the chat and remember your conversation. Data you enter in chat is handled under HighLevel's privacy policy as well as ours.
- Embedded content — pages may embed third-party content (e.g. fonts from Google Fonts) which can set their own cookies under their own policies.
4. Managing cookies
Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies. The exact steps depend on the browser:
Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working as intended.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret it, so we currently do not respond to DNT signals. We will update this section if that changes.
6. Changes
If we introduce new cookies or analytics tools, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change.
7. Contact
For any questions about cookies or related tracking, email dpxwebsites@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data collected.
