(How we work)

Four steps. No surprises.

No 60-page proposals. No mystery line items. Here's exactly what happens, day by day, from the first call to the day your new site goes live.

Typical timeline 3 — 5 days
Of your time ~3 hours total
Surprise fees None
  1. 01

    Talk shop · Day 1

A 30-minute call. We learn the trade, the territory, the jobs you actually want more of, what's broken about the website you have now, and what "win" looks like in numbers — calls, quotes, booked work.

You'll get: A short written brief, a clear scope, and a fixed quote. No back-and-forth, no proposal jargon.

  2. 02

    Design & copy · Days 2 — 3

We mock up the site, write the words that sell the work, and bring back a clickable design before anyone touches code. You see it on your phone before it's built. One round of changes is included; we usually only need one.

You'll get: A clickable design in Figma and the full copy doc — ready for your approval before a line of code is written.

  3. 03

    Build & tune · Days 3 — 5

Hand-built, fast, mobile-first. Local search dialed in from day one. Lead routing wired straight to your phone or inbox — whichever you actually check. We test the whole thing on real phones, real connections, real lead flows.

You'll get: A staging URL to walk through with your wife, your foreman, or your accountant. Plus a 15-minute training video for anything you'll edit yourself later.

  4. 04

    Launch & grow · From day 5

We launch, watch the numbers for the first 30 days, and tune anything that needs it. Optional monthly care plan if you want us to keep the engine running, ship updates, and feed the SEO while you stay on the job.

You'll get: A 30-day check-in with real numbers — calls, quote requests, search rankings — and a plan for what to do next.

Common questions.

How much do you charge?
A custom website starts at $1,300. Bundle pricing (site + brand) drops that to $1,250 upfront, plus monthly for SEO and lead system. You'll get a fixed quote on the first call — no hourly billing, no scope creep.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. That's our job. You tell us about the trade, your territory, and the kind of jobs you want more of. We handle every other word, image, and decision — you approve along the way.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes — for the things you'll actually want to change. Photos, project galleries, service-area pages. We'll record a short Loom video showing exactly how, and we're a phone call away if you get stuck.
What if I already have a website?
Most of our clients did. We migrate everything cleanly so you don't lose any Google rankings or existing traffic — usually we improve them in the process.
Do you work with trades outside the US?
Yes. Most of our work is North America, but we've shipped sites for crews in the UK and Australia. Local SEO is region-specific — we'll make sure it's tuned correctly for wherever you operate.
What happens after launch?
If you take the monthly care plan, we keep tuning the site, pushing fresh content, and reporting on the numbers. If you don't, we hand off everything cleanly — code, accounts, hosting — so you fully own the work.
